Hello Tommy, we are writing to you regarding our recent kitchen purchase from your Newmarket location.
We were totally impressed with all your staff. Starting with Karlee who managed to come up with a fantastic layout from a piece of chicken scratch with a few dimensions scribbled down on a piece a paper. Karlee was very professional and pleasant to deal with. She took the time to explain all the materials and how the installation process would be. She always kept us informed through each stage of the installation.
When we met Ryan that was doing the installation he was very pleasant and took the time to explain how he does his installations. When Ryan finished, the entire area was left spotless. Ryan did an amazing job considering the home is 60 years old and nothing is square or level.
When Ly arrived on the weekend to measure for the quartz counter top, he brought some filler strips that we ordered through Karlee. We were totally impressed that Ly would take time to stop at your Vaughan location to pick-up the filler strips and bring them to our home. This showed us even more how fantastic of a team you have that Karlee would co-ordinate with Ly to have the filler strips picked-up and brought to the house. This is exceptional customer service.
When Shikab, David, and Dennis arrived to install the counter top, all were very polite and professional. Once they completed the installation of the counter top, that was the icing on the cake. It made the kitchen pop and looks great.
We certainly want to acknowledge that everyone that dealt with us were true professionals and did an outstanding job.
We certainly will be enjoying our new kitchen for years to come.

Thank you Rockwood Kitchens in Newmarket for giving us a truly fantastic kitchen....we love it as do all our friends and family. Our designer, Karlee, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided a design that truly makes the best use of the space and stayed connected throughout the entire process. Her professional advise was much appreciated and her idea for the "beverage center" was an excellent one. Our installer, Michael, did a superb job.. His attention to detail and goal of making things fit perfectly definitely show in our project. When he finished with the crown moulding, cabinet trim and base boards we had the "custom kitchen" look......but at 1/2 the price. Mustafa and his team who fabricated and installed our granite countertops and sink and Ly and his team who fabricated and installed the granite fireplace mantel and hearth did tremendous jobs. Tommy, one of the owners, who did our final measurements which were bang on. Rockwood gave us a great looking kitchen at a very reasonable price. Just, if not more important, we liked the people that we dealt with....all of them. Karlee, Michael, Mustafa, Ly, Tommy, the people at the stone companies, the guys who did the cabinet delivery and those who slugged in the granite....all nice people....professional and focused on doing a great job.

We purchase a 60 year old stone house recently which still had the original kitchen that was in need of a major update. We researched many kitchen providers in the Barrie area before deciding to go with Rockwood Kitchens. The cabinet boxes were very thick, high quality construction and the doors and drawers included soft close dampers. We selected an antique looking design that complimented the character of our home while still providing a modern feel and it was a perfect fit.
Danielle was fantastic throughout the entire selection and purchase process. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and was extremely helpful with the design of our new kitchen. She provided many ideas that we would not have though of ourselves such as adding a large pantry for the much needed additional storage space. She also provided 2D and 3D renderings so we could visualize the end result.
As you would expect, there were no straight walls in our kitchen and the ceiling was sagging in many areas. The installer was highly experienced and was able to custom fit our cabinets to the uneven areas so well that they are now very difficult to see which saved us thousands as we did not have to repair these areas before installing the cabinets. This process took longer than normal due to the custom fitting of the pieces but the end result was absolutely flawless.
The overall cost for the materials and labour was very reasonable given the very high quality of both. We are property investors in Barrie and will certainly be using Rockwood Kitchens for future projects. We couldn't be more satisfied with the transformation.
